THE SPACE
Our villa follows the tradition of this unique area and harmonizes with both the landscape and the existing architecture. Using materials such as stone and wood, and combining minimal aesthetics and modern lines, we created an ideal destination for any visitor who wants to combine luxury with comfort and Greek nature.
Next to the small church of the village, you will find the private entrance of our residence. As you enter the paved courtyard, the first thing you will notice is the relaxing seating area. A comfortable sofa and two cozy armchairs surround an open fireplace. The warm image of the fire will enchant your evenings even in the heart of summer.
simple aesthetics and earthy colors
Our villa is developed on two levels, following the slope of the landscape. On the first level, where the entrance is, there is the courtyard, the hot tub area, and the two bedrooms. On the second level, you will find the outdoor pool and dining area, the kitchen, the living room, and the third bedroom.
You can enter the property from the courtyard, where a staircase will lead you to the main area. The stone in combination with the simple aesthetics and the earthy colors is highlighted by the lighting and welcomes the visitor from the very first steps inside. There is a wardrobe at your disposal at the head of the stairs.
In a large open-space room you will find the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room, where you can host from an evening meal to a small event. The light decoration with the artistic paintings and the small decorations in combination with the natural stone is intensified with the appropriate lighting. During the day, enjoy the natural lighting thanks to the large windows of the space, while at night create a romantic atmosphere with the hidden lighting and the glow of the fireplace.
In the kitchen, which consists of a series of closed cupboards and an island, you will find all the necessary appliances and the necessary equipment for the preparation of each meal. Enjoy a fragrant cappuccino from freshly ground coffee beans or prepare a dinner for the whole family. You will find everything you need in the cupboards.
The dining room is next to the kitchen. A large table with comfortable chairs and a bench can accommodate up to eight people to dine. Cozy pillows and comfortable seats create the ideal place for every meal of the day. You will find the equipment you will need in the auxiliary cabinets.
SOPHISTICATED ACCOMMODATION
Our living room is formed by a built-in sofa with many pillows, comfortable poufs, and side tables, opposite the energy fireplace. At your disposal are the smart TV and the Bluetooth audio system. The living room has access to a covered balcony, where you will find another outdoor seating area. From the balcony, you can enjoy the sunset or start your day gazing at the sea through the picturesque landscape.
On the same floor, you will find the first spacious bedroom with a king-size bed in the center. Open closet with drawers and counter for storing, bedside tables, armchair, and TV are there for a comfortable stay. Also, a bathroom with a shower and all the necessary equipment is located next to the bedroom for your convenience.
From the living room, you have access to the outside area where you will find our private pool. There, also, you will find an outdoor dining area with a canopy that can be adjusted according to your needs. Enjoy an evening drink by the pool or take a dip in its cool waters. For the pool’s proper operation and your safety, we have taken all the necessary precautions.
On the ground floor, you will find the two main bedrooms of our villa. Each has a private bathroom inside, double, king-size beds, open closets, and appropriate equipment. In the master bedroom, you will find also an extra sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed. In all our bedrooms, there is a lot of space to accommodate small children and we can provide you with the necessary equipment, upon request.
Do not forget to spend a few hours relaxing in our hot tub! On the ground floor, in a separate, autonomous room, our built-in hot tub awaits you, always prepared for you. There is also a WC, a sound system and a TV for your needs.
